Key Accounts
The Key Accounts team is in charge of prospecting, the establishment and development of partnerships directly with the headquarters of the manufacturers and rental cars, financial institutions and even insurance companies. Our 5 Key Accounts sales people answer tenders for the warranty sector, maintenance and/or support sectors and ensure the follow-up of active partnerships.
Field Sales Force
The 22 people who make up our Field Sales force offer complete solutions for breakdown assistance products and guarantees for mechanical failure for car and motorcycle distributors all over France (excluding the DOM TOM countries.)
Proximity is an important concern at Opteven so we can respond quickly to all professionals in different areas. We are at your disposal to present our AutoTrust range, MyEcoWarranty or answer your questions about our motorcycle products.
Sales Administration
Attached to our Sales Force division and in daily contact with Opteven’s professional customers, the Sales Administration department is responsible for the administrative side of the sales cycle and that its process is respected. The team ensures the correct processing of your orders and sales contracts, and supports the sales force and all its customers.
Marketing
Supporting the commercial and international teams, the marketing teams participate in response to tenders, in the creation of new products and designs elements for commercial communication, whether they be digital, on paper or on POS.
International
The International department is mainly responsible for commercial projects in the following countries:
- Spain, Italy, Sweden, England and the Czech Republic.
Managing foreign contracts and relationships with these providers, the international department ensures that Opteven meets its commitments.
