Chief Executive Officer
Jean-Matthieu BISEAU is an HEC graduate. Before taking over as head of RAC France in 2001, he spent the first part of his career with financial institutions specialising in automotive credit.
He began his career with SOVAC, became Director General of CAVIA, created ROMACRÉDIT in Italy and then GEFISERVICE in France with GE Capital (now GE Money Bank). From 1999 to 2001, he was Marketing Manager of Cetelem. He became CEO of RAC France at the end of 2001.
A graduate of Grenoble EM, holding an Executive MBA from the European Business School HEC, Albert ETIENNE has spent his entire career in the automotive sector. He began in 1993 at Renault S.A. and held various positions of business coaching and marketing in the manufacturer’s commercial network (subsidiaries in Marseille and Paris XVI and Regional Manager for the Ile-de-France region). He then worked from 1999 to 2001 with the parts manufacturer ROBERT BOSCH as Regional Manager for eastern France.
He joined RAC France in 2001 as Commercial & Marketing Manager. In 2016, he was appointed Deputy CEO in charge of Opteven’s development in the French market.
Christophe Baudin is a graduate engineer from INSA Strasbourg and completed his training with a Master’s degree in Management at the IAE in Aix en Provence. He has held several operational management positions in companies in the service and assistance sector. He was Deputy Managing Director of HomeServe, in charge of the Customer & Operations Department.
In 2019, he was appointed Director of Operations for the Opteven group.
Holding a Master’s degree in banking and finance and a British Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Bernard ROUSSEAU has spent most of his career abroad. After working as an analyst at the Compagnie Générale des Eaux Group in London, he joined the HERTZ LEASE automotive leasing group in 1998 (acquired by ALD Automotive in 2003). In 1999, he became Financial Director of ALD Automotive in Denmark (Société Générale Group) and at the same time held the same position at ALD Automotive Sweden from 2000.
He joined RAC France in 2005 as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer. In 2016, he was appointed Deputy CEO and has now assumed the responsibility of the Finance sector of the Group.
Chief Information Officer
A graduate from the prestigious Ecole Centrale in Lyon with a degree in engineering, Bernard TAHAY held several IT management positions in services and industry before taking over as IT Officer at RAC France in 2001. He began his career with the service provider ELIPSE before becoming IT Manager for the city of Châteauroux. In 1997, he became IT and Networks Manager at TRÉFILEUROPE (the Usinor group).
In October 2001, he became Chief IT Officer at RAC France.
Manager of Human Resources, qualityand internal communication
An EDHEC business school graduate, Caroline Oddos began her career in financial positions with PRICEWATERHOUSE COOPERS and then with the LA MONDIALE Group.
Her career took a different direction when she was named training manager for the LA MONDIALE Group. Human resources became her field of action and she joined KEOLIS to take over HR management for the different divisions of the group. She joined Opteven in 2015.
Director of International Developments and Projects
An EM Lyon graduate, Marine Gouttenoire began her career at Ford France where she held various responsibilities in commercial and marketing roles as well as working for their Captive Finance company Ford Crédit.
In 2011, she joined Opteven as Key Accounts Sales manager and in 2014, became Corporate Commercial Director at Opteven. In 2020, she joined the International Business Unit where she was appointed Director of Development and International Projects.
After working in management for 20 years in France and the French Overseas territories in financing companies (BNP, GE), Christophe has solid experience in the management of sales teams, management, business development and the management of an integrated profit center.
Since 2011, he has worked at Opteven as Sales Manager and he has become Retail Sales manager for the 2 brands: Opteven and Guarantee M with 80 employees providing specialized services to automotive professionals.
Corporate Sales manager
As a graduate from a French prestigious Business School in Sales, followed by an Executive MBA at ESSEC-MANNHEIM, Emmanuel specialized in the LLD sector for 20 years, notably with LeasePlan (from 2008) where he was successively Director of Purchasing and Operations, then Commercial Director, until 2016. He has 360-degree expertise in the automotive sector having worked in Financing, Services, and Operations.
In 2019, he was appointed Corporate Commercial Director, in charge of the development of the Mechanical Breakdown Assistance and Warranty Offer for France.
Director - Opteven UK & Northern Europe
A graduate of the Open Business School in the UK, Martin has worked in the UK in automotive and financial services for more than 30 years. Starting as Marketing and Commercial Director at Oasis Global Systems, then Director of Partnerships for AON plc, to Commercial Director of the RAC and Alphabet, Martin has held numerous executive committee positions in subsidiaries of global Groups.
He joined Opteven in 2015 and is in charge of operations in the UK and Northern Europe.
Director - Opteven Italy
With a degree in Economics and Business, Giorgio began his career in 2006 in the automotive sector, in the COBRA AUTOMOTIVE Group, as Head of Key Accounts. In 2010, he joined MAPFRE WARRANTY as Commercial Director.
After an experience at LONDON GENERAL INSURANCE, he joined Opteven in 2016 and is in charge of operations in Italy.
Director - Iberian Peninsula
With a degree in Humanities, Natalia began her professional career in the insurance industry in 2002 as Managing Director of MAPFRE WARRANTY in Italy. In 2006, she took over the International Commercial Department of the MAPFRE ASISTENCIA Group in Madrid, developing products, distribution channels and sales lines in 44 countries around the world. In 2012, she moved to London to take over the management of the brokers of the MAPFRE ASISTENCIA Group, generating business with intermediaries in the areas of Assistance and Special Risks. In 2015, Natalia was appointed Director of Commercial Development at MAPFRE ASISTENCIA.
In October 2018, she was appointed Managing Director of OPTEVEN Iberia for business development in Spain and Portugal.
Director - Opteven Germany
Antoine Segrestin, a graduate engineer from Telecom SudParis and Sciences-Po Paris, began his career as a Management and Strategy consultant.
He joined Opteven in 2013 as Project Manager to support the internationalization of the Group. He has actively participated in the deployment of international contracts and the opening of subsidiaries abroad (Britain, Italy, Spain). He has been based in Berlin since August 2019, where he is in charge of the German subsidiary.
