In 2016, following a number of work-groups, brainstorming sessions and seminars, involving the majority of staff members, an ambitious company project was defined: Opteven 2020.

This programme has strategic goals focused on Innovation, Digital solutions, European development and Added value in terms of efficiency, through the quality of service and making the most of our in-house talents (acronym IDEA).
13 projects, were defined and initiated in 2016, and are centered around these 4 focus points with the aim of fulfilling Opteven’s goals in all these areas. These projects are both internally and externally focused, involving more than 30% of our employees, in all departments.
Amongst the Opteven 2020 projects, we can note the launch of Opteven Lab dedicated to new mobility and its blog (Innovation), the implementation of the mobile project NOMAD with Aviva (Digital), the opening of offices in Milan (Europe) and the electronic transmission of invoices (Added value efficiency) .
