From the moment a new employee is hired, they follow an onboarding training course, with our own specifically designed Road Map, that enables each employee to be evaluated according to the values of the company. Opteven also awards its very own innovation trophies for company projects developed by employees.
Encouraging personal development:
At Opteven, we promote internally whenever possible, we have “Starter” training for new team members and “Booster” modules to develop our employees’ knowledge, we have professional English training, and encourage everyone to join our English Lunch Club to practice the Group’s common language…
We actively encourage participation in charity events
The company allows employees to participate in events or non-profit organizations such as a race in a city park to help cancer patients and helping with food collections for the homeless. Staff can round off their salary and make a small but monthly donation of a few “cents”, to a charity called MicroDon, to name but a few.
Promoting quality of life at work
“Taking care of our employees first” is one of the company’s five values, including our very own Employee Satisfaction Survey, adapting workstation ergonomics, having a social worker who comes on site every week, and encouraging our employees to do sport whenever possible.
Our Civic Responsibility requires us to be increasingly involved in our communities.
