Our social responsibility is to develop human capital, skills and jobs within the company.
Integrating social issues:
- Ergonomics of tools, dedicated training rooms, CSR training for new employees, detection of psychosocial risks with a social worker.
Sharing Opteven values:
- From the moment a new employee is hired, they follow an onboarding training course, with our own specifically designed Road Map, that enables each employee to be evaluated according to the values of the company. Opteven also awards its very own innovation trophies for company projects developed by employees.
Encouraging personal development:
- At Opteven, we promote internally whenever possible, we have “Starter” training for new team members and “Booster” modules to develop our employees’ knowledge, we have professional English training, and encourage everyone to join our English Lunch Club to practice the Group’s common language…
We actively encourage participation in charity events
- The company allows employees to participate in events or non-profit organizations such as a race in a city park to help cancer patients and helping with food collections for the homeless. Staff can round off their salary and make a small but monthly donation of a few “cents”, to a charity called MicroDon, to name but a few.
Promoting quality of life at work
- “Taking care of our employees first” is one of the company’s five values, including our very own Employee Satisfaction Survey, adapting workstation ergonomics, having a social worker who comes on site every week, and encouraging our employees to do sport whenever possible.
Our Civic Responsibility requires us to be increasingly involved in our communities.
- Involvement in patronage and local partnership, interaction with local and regional organisations for job search, partnership and patronage in local initiatives with the MDEF, La Direccte, Cap Emploi, AS Duchère, Grand Lyon.
- Equal opportunities and treatment: non-discriminatory recruitment via recruitment without a CV, use of Cap Emploi to hire RQTH employees, accessibility of assistance services for the deaf and hard of hearing.
Social Responsibility: To develop our staff members, their skills and the types of jobs within the company.
- Integration of social concerns at every level (use of ergonomics in our tools, creation of dedicated training rooms, Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility training for everyone, and even the appointment of a company social worker)
- Encouraging everyone to share in the company values
- Foster team work for all Opteven 2020 projects
- Cultivate staff members through personal development: internal promotions as often as possible, foundation training program over 4 years with a minimum of 1 training course per year per employee.
- Use of internal talents for community projects, which help us to improve the quality of life in and out of the company, while also helping employees become aware of other external non-profit organizations.
