How do I cancel or modify a policy?
If you need to make a modification (vehicle, duration, products) or cancel the policy, please send an email to serviceadv@opteven.com with the policy number.
How do I change the beneficiary of the contract?
To change the beneficiary for contracts paid up front, you must send the certificate of transfer or the sales invoice with the policy number by email to: serviceadv@opteven.com
Must I send the subscription form?
You can send us the signed insurance certificate by post. For monthly contracts, you must also send us the insurance cover summary with a signed SEPA mandate as well as the bank account identity of the beneficiary by post to the following address:
