Our “No CV” recruitment takes place in 4 steps:
A questionnaire that you download from our web site
A telephone interview that enables us to make the initial contact
A roleplay situation developed by Opteven to assess your ability to hold the position.
Finally, an interview (still without a CV) with a partner to evaluate your motivation.
